BNET ID: STAR
Broodwar ID: SEXP
Shareware ID: SSHR
Japanese ID: JSTR

Technically, there are four diffrent types of StarCraft. There's StarCraft shareware which only has Terran vs Terran and restricts what channels you can go to. There's the original Retail version of StarCraft, and Brood War. And also, there's StarCraft Japanese, which does not have a lot of the fixes in the patches of the original starcraft. SCJ does not have Brood War and it also has channel restriction.

Note about MAC version of StarCraft Demo: The Mac demo comes already at 1.05 but for some reason i couldn't get it to play on battle.net. it's entirely possible that they stopped the MAC demos from connecting.
